Who can join?
You should hold the Standard Grade at level 1 or 2, or Intermediate 2. Individual applications will be considered at our discretion.
How do I attend?
This is usually held as an evening class at The NHC-Thurso, with attendance once a week from September – May. If it is some time since you studied, you may find it helpful to attend over two years.
What will I study?
The course accommodates the content and structure to meet the requirements of the SQA syllabus.
You will be prepared for the SQA examination, usually held in May each year.
How do I join?
Held as part of our evening class provision, the class is normally held in The NHC-Thurso, from 6pm - 9pm over 32 weeks, starting in early September. To ensure you have a place on the course, the postal booking form should be returned to Admissions in good time.
